Despite the industry's challenges, he remains dedicated to pushing boundaries and building a thriving music community in Malaysia.

Jodie Monteiro founded Ferticlay, a Singapore-based company transforming soil and food waste into sustainable materials. With a background in interior design and a passion for environmental sustainability, Jodie launched Ferticlay in 2021. Inspired by her father's resourcefulness and a desire to create eco-friendly alternatives to traditional clay, she developed a unique recipe using soil, eggshells, and coffee grounds. Ferticlay produces biodegradable garden accessories and custom products, emphasising regenerative practices and waste reduction. Jodie's work extends beyond product creation, as she collaborates with organisations like WWF and Bio-C and explores innovative techniques like 3D clay printing. Her mission is to educate and inspire others about sustainable living while providing job opportunities for individuals with special needs.

Regina Bautista is the artist behind Ocio Ceramics, a venture that blends her love for illustration and pottery. With a background in English literature and design, Regina's creative journey took a transformative turn during the pandemic, leading her to pursue ceramics full-time. Ocio Ceramics reflects Regina's philosophy of slow living and artistic exploration. Her pieces, often sculptural vases, are infused with personal stories and whimsical illustrations. She draws inspiration from comics, children's books, and everyday life. Regina values community and collaboration, working with fellow artists and florists to create unique, narrative-driven pieces. Despite the challenges of kiln mishaps and clay-covered clothes, she finds joy in her craft and the supportive community it fosters.

PLOOK PLOOK, founded by Benjamin Lim and Jodie Poh, is a Singapore-based design venture based on a Christmas gift: a 3D printer. What started as a hobby quickly became a thriving business, driven by Benjamin's self-taught 3D modelling skills and Jodie's keen eye for design. Their brand, named ‘plant plant’ in Thai, reflects their love for Thailand and playful approach to design. Specialising in 3D-printed planters and home goods, PLOOK PLOOK emphasises accessibility and functionality, crafting unique pieces that defy typical 3D-printed aesthetics. They prioritise bioplastics like PLA for sustainability and vibrant colours. Inspired by their cultural heritage, particularly the Peranakan influence in Joo Chiat, they created designs like the Pillars of Joo Chiat lamp, blending tradition with modern technology. PLOOK PLOOK champions collaboration and community, supporting fellow local businesses and fostering a fun, approachable brand ethos.

Priscilla Quek manages Whitestone Gallery Singapore, which encompasses the gallery and the New Art Museum. Established in 1967, Whitestone expanded to Singapore, Beijing, Seoul, and Hong Kong before the pandemic, aiming to be a key player in the global art scene. Priscilla aims to integrate East and Southeast Asian art, fostering a rich cultural dialogue. She focuses on showcasing local talent alongside Whitestone's established collection of Japanese and Chinese artists. The gallery, housed in a converted warehouse space designed with Kengo Kuma's influence, balances emerging and established artists to cater to diverse collectors. Inspired by the Gutai Movement, Whitestone's logo symbolises innovation and the ‘circle of life.’ Priscilla is proud of the gallery's recent Southeast Asian exhibition featuring local artists. The exhibition aims to strengthen Singapore's art scene and make world-class art accessible locally.
